Catoblepas thumbs

quick sketch ideas i did a long while ago, after a friend reminded me of this creature, thought id revisit and finish as i'm adding it to one of my stories.

Catoblepas is a bull/cow creature depicted in many manners, but most commonly it has scales protecting its back, mane like hair, and the ability to produce a breath which has many takes of it's own from  paralysis, death, or even petrification.

personally i like the bottom 2, how about you guys?
